An unidentified Mobile Police Man who was drunk has shot dead a Staff Sergeant of the Nigeria army, Donatus, attached to Op. Hadin Kai at the Shehu Palace general area in Maiduguri.
The intoxicated policeman who was seeking a hard drug and couldnt get, got irritated and started shooting sporadically, the staff seregent in a move to disarm him was also shot in the cheek, with heavy blood pumping out, until he gave up to ghost.
“It was learnt that the Mopol returned for sentry but he was looking for hard drug, initially the staff sergeant wanted to disarmed him but later left him. Minutes later he started shooting sporadically and accidentally shot the Staff Sergeant on the cheek killing him instantly
